Founded in Las Vegas, R&R Partners is an eight-office, 400-person, 45-year-old agency most notably recognized for the “What happens here, stays here,” campaign. In 2018 I was brought on by the CMO to help lead their design discipline, lead teams, and elevate their overall visual output across existing client work and new business. During my tenure, I grew my design team from 5 to 20 designers across 3 offices and was a key contributor in new business pitches resulting in upwards of 15M in business.
