Adidas sought to refresh its Basketball category stores with a modern, modular design system that could adapt to evolving retail needs. Partnering with renowned retail and environmental design studio Denton-Cardew Design, we collaborated closely with the client through multiple iterations to develop a flexible system that allowed fixtures to reconfigure across various floor plans, moveable walls to support interchangeable displays, and optimized layouts for footwear and apparel. As the lead designer, I developed material palettes, created initial fixture concepts and models, and art directed 3D artist Joe Meyers to produce polished, visually compelling renderings that brought the system to life.
